Pleasant surprise

At a time when there are a number of highly usable fountain pens coming onto the market at a reasonably low price I find this pen with its attractive gunmetal finish surprisingly good value. It’s weight and balance suit my hand admirably and its exceptionally smooth nib and faultless ink flow encourage writing. The manufacture of the pen seems first-class. I particularly like the firm fit of the cap when posted or when closing the pen. I use a fountain pen most days and tend to rotate them but I find that since its purchase this is the pen that I have favoured. I love it.
