Shipping policy

COVID19 UPDATE: There are a number of chains within our fulfilment process that have all been affected by the current virus outbreak. This unfortunately means that some delays in delivery may occur. We ask that our customers be understanding as we give our best efforts to fulfil all orders within the estimated time frame 😊

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Frederick Folsch. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please also note that due to warehouse closures caused by the virus outbreak most order will be fulfilled by our overseas supplier. This will not impact delivery times.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are currently happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Current estimated delivery times are 3 to 6 working days. Shipping times to customers outside the UK may be longer. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Frederick Folsch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Frederick Folsch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also contact us and we will see if we can replace the product for you free of charge. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
